E went back to school this week. We had to get in this back-to-school craft before his first day. The most fun was putting the crayons in order! The scariest part was waiting for the crayons to melt with a hot dryer in one hand and holding the poster board with the other. It was a lot slower (and a lot less scary, it turns out) than we thought. We will do this one again!
1. Get crayons (we bought a 64-pack and used our fav colors), poster board, and a blow dryer.
2. Hot glue crayons in rainbow order.
3. Blow dry crayons on high until melty drips are the way you want them.
(I found this tutorial over at whatever. But it is a lot of other places, too.)
